I went in on Sunday May 31st. everything that evening, was a little off. I wasn't pleased. So I let the managers know that there team had fallen short. Of the Bears credos and Standards. This week the whole staff was working as a team producing quality food and a welcoming, atmosphere. for people to enjoy. Awesome JOB Lakewood Black Bear Team.

My friend & I HAD LUNCH HERE ON JUNE 11..DONT KNOW IF THERES A NEW CHIEF OR NOT BUT THE FOOD WAS LOOSEY.MEAT WAS LIKE A DRIED OUT HOCKEY PUCK..MY HASH BROWNS WERE PERFECT.THE BISCUIT WAS DRY AS A BONE.MY FRIEND LEFT MOST OF HER MEAL,SHE JUST COULD NOT EAT IT..YES THE QUILITY OF FOOD SUCKED! $8.00 FOR COFFEE?????$8.00FOR A COKE ??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? ALMOST THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE,THEY HAD A FIRE ALARM GOING OFF. STEADY 😨
Extremely annoying.!. FOR THESE NASTY MEALS WE WERE CHARGED OVER $50...$16 JUST FOR DRINKS.

Very cute but you have to love bears because they are everywhere lol. Great people, good breakfast food ( that's all I've tried so far). Reasonable prices and too many souvenirs to choose from.

Black bear is always fabulous! Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you will always have a great meal with super portions and reasonable prices for what you get. They offer children's menus and smaller portions menus for lighter appetites. I have never had a bad meal at a Black Bear Diner and I've been to several from Washington state to Texas.

Rachel waited on us and she did such a good job, she explained the menu and the food came out super quick! Very good experience overall!
