I have been Going to McCau casino since they closed down The Great American. In the beginning I would get great service until one day, a bartender, I didn't recognize, failed to acknowledge my presence for 20 minutes. Mind you, it was early in the day and the bar nor the casino was really busy. This happened the next 5 visits. I voiced my concerns to casino shift managers, the assistant and Manager of the casino. Macau Casino in Lakewood is my favorite local hangout - been going there for well over ten years. I love all the people who work there. I've always had great service, the food is delicious, and the prices are very fair. Whenever I’ve reached out to management with a question or complaint, I’ve always received a timely and courteous reply. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
I had a very good Saturday afternoon lunch. Good company and very delicious boom boom shrimp and a delightful server named Ashley. Her energy is on another level. Excellent service.I will gladly come back time and time again.
