ENDANGERS YOUR HEALTH! AWEFUL SERVICE! RUDE UNCARING Manager. I ordered delivery from the Lakewood Town Center location. I am lactose intolerant so I ordered without cheese (clearly stated on order ticket). Pizza arrived WITH cheese. Called and spoke to "manager". She was dismissive of my concern and replied "Do you want a refund or I can put you down for a free pizza for next time?" I said refund, and then said that "they need to do better because it's not just an order mistake this type of mistake endangers people's health, and now I am out my dinner." Her response was "Yeah, OK, you have a nice day" and hung up on me! Had I not noticed the cheese and ate it, MOD could have had a major law suit on their hands. Do better, educated your staff on health, safety and genuine customer service. Especially that Lakewood manager (working 12/8 at 6:30 p.m.)

P.s. Why is it that when I pay, you take the money from my account immediately, but it takes YOU 3-5 business days to issue the refund?

This is the second time my pizza has been burnt on the bottom. first time I did not complain, but the second time I cannot eat the pizza because it is too burnt.

Worst MOD experience ever, all tables were dirty, pizza toppings all over and in the cheese and staff were grumpy with each other, had to wait to start our order because of a yelling match between staff so not nice to customers after that.

Had a few pieces of toppings on my pizza I didn't ask for since I am allergic and even asked the pizza maker to be careful since I saw all the various pieces in the cheese already.

No they were not busy, just us ordering and saw 1 online order they were making.

Caveat up front: I have never had the pizza here. Weird, I know, but sometime told me about the salads and that's what I've gone back for every time. But that said, I think I can count on one hand the number of times I've given a place 5 stars, so that should tell you something.

In more detail, I cannot say enough good things about the salads here. There's a great variety of toppings, including those you'd normal expect to put on your pizza instead, and it's pretty much all on the menu. I don't know what would happen if you asked them to put pizza sauce on your salad, but I bet they would. And you can go crazy for a single price. I've usually got 3+ meats, 2-3 cheeses and half of the veggie options, and let me tell you, that's a salad that'll fill you up. It's all fresh ingredients and they're not too stingy with the portions; one poor guy had a hard time getting the lid to stay on!

It's never empty but rarely busy, so you can get in, get your food and be on your way pretty quick, and they are quick, professional and friendly.

If you never considered a pizza place might be your favorite stop for healthy options, I highly advise you rethink it, and stop in to MOD Pizza... And I hear the pizza's pretty good too!

Ordered a pizza and had all of the corn completely burnt as well as the wrong cheese put on the pizza.

Too much wait time, about 3pm. Salad greens were browning, and many bins were empty. Including the roasted garlic, etc.

Have always loved mods pizza, but this location was great!! Nicole made our experience a 10 out of 10. She was super friendly and patient with me and my spouse whilst we tried to decide what we wanted on our pizzas. This place is like subway for pizza highly recommended if your in the area to go and give it a try!!

Came on Wed June 12th around 7pm the young man that was working was very sweet and was a very pleasant young man. I didn't get his name but he was tall and had a mariners hat on. However there was an older dark skinned woman there that was really rude to him as well as to another young woman who worked there and was leaving. The only reason I bring this up is iam a mom with teenagers and they dont deserve to be treated rudely by their superiors (iam assuming she was a manager). The food was great but it was a little busier than I was expecting for a Wednesday and they were short staffed so the wait was long.
