Came here with my sister who just moved in the area and was looking for an AYCE Kbbq. We thought we’d give this a try. The meat portion was fine and service was good … at the beginning. The only thing that bothered us was we kept having to flag the waitress down for, reordering meat, beverage refills and we asked for the Egg Soufflé 4 times and Never got it. A bit disappointed as that’s what we always ask for whenever we eat kbbq.
We visited Palace BBQ in Lakewood for the first time and had an incredible experience! Not only was the food delicious—the marinated beef was especially flavorful and the dipping sauces were spot-on—but the service is what truly made our night. Our server, Anna, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to make sure we understood how everything worked since it was our first visit.
