Why do they always talk while scooping your food. And why is it only one scoop for mains. Like dude, the damn plates were not worth the money. Makes me wish I should’ve gone to L&L next door next time. The food is getting expensive, at least give more than one scoop. If i could give a zero star for reviews i would.

Amazing experience here at this location. I dont know her name but the employee serving me was so nice, gave generous portions, and even gave me a free drink because she saw it was my birthday. Other employees were also kind, greeting everyone who walked in, and doing well under the busyness of lunch time. It's rare to see quality customer service like this these days, especially at a fast food place. But this panda express is doing things right and they owe it to their employees!

The girl from the front counter who served up the rice/noodles there was rude and they were out of a lot of items. Most of them are the ones I usually like to get when I go to a Panda Express. Food portioning wasn't too bad but gave three stars for the rating because the food tasted stale and dry. Reasonable pricing though.

I like to frequent this one because usually it is great! Last 3 times they have been out of super greens. I even went at 10 am so not after the lunch rush. They seem to be under staffed more and more and they are not very kind. Super disappointing

I go there all the time for my 88 yr old mom for walnut shrimp. I get two orders so it lasts her 2 days. Went in had to wait for them to cook more shrimp. But whoever finished the order only put 1 order of shrimp in. I went back the next day, told them and they wanted a receipt and I didn’t have it. I told them I come there all the time, response was, “I've never seen you”. They have different help in there all the time. So rather than give me the order that they ripped me off they wouldn’t correct their mistake. Not only was I going to purchase another order at the same time, how would a receipt prove they only gave me one order? I asked if this was worth losing my business. Response: a laugh followed by, “oh we have enough business”. I left, and went to Red Robin and got my mom fish n chips. Panda stole money from me and rather than fixing their mistake they made clear their customers don't matter because they have enough business. They’ll never get another dollar from me again . And if this review stops one more customer from going that’s good too. Amazing, a place screws you, then laughs at you when you ask them to make it right. You people should be ashamed of yourself!

Very bad experience, I always buy there, now they asked me for my ID to pick up my order, even though I showed them the order number they demanded my ID only because she wanted to, looking at my order number and my correct name they still asked me for ID 😡😡

Very rude clerk. I ordered thru the official panda express app and the app send my order to this location. I am in Chicago so have no idea how this happen. No need to say phone call was disconnected before I even finished my question. Life time avoidance and zero star. UPDATE: I kept thinking about this weird situation again and again. It's a new account, freshly installed app. How did Panda Express knows my past location? I didn't even order from this store even I visited Lakewood in March.
