If I could put 0 for service, I would!!! Sam and Noah were too busy talking to each other about an online order to even say "Hi, we'll be right with you" or smile at least to acknowledge the customers waiting in line. If I remember the name correctly, Bailey (other staff, not really 100% sure about her name) was busy helping the customer in front of me with multiple orders, and these two didn’t care to help out until about few minutes later. When Sam was finally making my food order, she seemed to be in a hurry & sounded so rude and Bailey was still helping the customer in front of me, Sam decided to just leave my food on the counter to let Bailey finish MY order. This took another 5 minutes of waiting. Then, when Bailey was about to put the beef and broccoli on my plate, I had to wait even longer because apparently, the beef and broccoli "wasn't enough," so she asked the kitchen staff to make more. Then, Noah came over and told Bailey, "Put the beef and broccoli, it's enough for one serving." I ended up with most of the meat but very little broccoli, because, as Bailey had mentioned, "there's not much left," but Noah had a different opinion. My food ended up being cold due to the waiting time, and for the price I paid, I received 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp and beef and broccoli with almost no broccoli. NOAH AND SAM, PLS DO BETTER!

Super busy on a late Sunday afternoon. Waited for over 20 minutes for my food. Still gave the 5 stars across the board due to having great customer service. Noah was great!!!

The staff were extremely unfriendly. No one acknowledged any of the customers. The one guy taking the orders and dishing up, was very rude, not friendly and was literally throwing food into the containers. I will not go back to this one

I usually come to the Lakewood Panda during my lunch hour and Marian is the one usually at the register. She has great customer service, very friendly and efficient!

Made me wait half an hour for walnut shrimp then gave me a crappy scoop. Could literally see the bottom of my plate. Usually have good service but the young teenagers working there do not know how to serve people good.

We might not be back, our food order was half filled waiting on the other half to be filled even though the food was right there waiting to be put in. We have to wait because someone filled an order that was after us first. And before you say it was an online order we suggested that it may have been that and your cashier said no. There was no one else in front of us. Meanwhile the first half of our food (shrimp) is getting cold. We told by the cashier we don’t have a right to complain! Date 03/072025 @ 4:31pm Andrea is the cashier. I am the customer, I have every right to complain! After we finally get our order the order that got filled before us was still sitting there 😕 not happy at all !!!!!

I had to throw away food, because the Tea was empty. I will not be returning to this location. No tea, no food. Panda Express has delicious tea, and Terrible food.

Kid-friendliness: Don't take your kids, they will get bioengineered food.

I had a very distasteful experience with Chris the cashier over at Panda Express. I asked a question pertaining to my receipt and instead of getting a conclusive answer he right away started yelling and using foul language towards me. I asked for the manager he proceeded to say the manager was not in. I asked why was the reason of such a sour attitude and language and he said because he had a long day and was tired. I'm in complete shock that someone would ever speak to me in that way.

The service was lacking. Ordered online, and had to wait 15 minutes to get my order that was ready for pickup. Missing part of my order. The food is great! Frustrated that part was missing.

Worst experience ever. I got home to open my food and there literally wasn’t a side. I waited for the chow mein for 10 minutes and they gave me my food, ya know the chow mein I waited for. It didn’t have it, and I can’t even get a refund for it because of the following. I have the app and get points but this time they told me “that’s not possible. it’s not gonna work,” and they didn’t print me my receipt because they didn’t even offer to give me my receipt. They messed up my friend’s order too. I’m just bummed.

My 4 year-old got food poisoning from the chicken teriyaki kids meal. We smelled something off and immediately threw her chicken out. She already ate a few pieces by then and threw up 4x within the course of 2 days.

Please PLEASE check the food here before feeding it to your kids.
