Wow what a delicious meal. The menu is creative with a variety of foods everyone will love. The steaks are amazing! I highly recommend eating here! We will be back for sure. Beautiful restaurant and warm atmosphere. Servers were super nice.
Had an early dinner at Rey Carbon tonight. My steak was tender, flavorful, and prepared as ordered. The wife got the Chicken Parmasean Mole, which was a nice spin on a classic dish. The food was great and the service was spot on. We're already talking about going back to try some more of their interesting menu items. Well done Rey Carbon.
