I went through the drive thru and has the mist rudest encounter. When I asked for a pupachino the Batista put it in a lid. Which is fine at times. But a lot if the baristas will put it in a small cup. I also do not mind paying for it either. But when I asked nicely if ahe could put it in a cup she huffed and rolled her eyes. Thanks for that great customer service!!!
Love my Starbucks all the employees are great and wonderful
