First let me say the people here a great!Great people doesn’t always equate to good food / drinks though sadly.I’ve been going here for about a month every single day.I’ve had 10 breakfast sandwiches that I’ve literally thrown out because they don’t cook them. I ask for it to be extra toasted and it seems to come out even colder compared to when I don’t ask… ( center of sandwich is literally cold touch instantly out of bag )I go to this Starbucks in particular because they would make my drink good once every 3 times.Sadly it’s not consistent but the other Starbucks in the area can’t make it right to save their life.Why is it not consistent? This isn’t a hole in the wall place. Why does my drink taste different every single time I go? I think that’s ridiculous.But today my drink was so nasty. I’m talking tasted like bottom of the barrel goop.Then I get a re make and it tasted like strawberry medicine. Like they didn’t clean the blender they made my coffee in… literally disgusting. Wasted YET again another $12 THROWN Away.I’ve wasted at least $80 this month THROWING my food / coffee away cause it’s been so bad.But it’s like a bad relationship. I keep going back hoping they will change.It’s not JUST this Starbucks either. It’s literally every Starbucks in the area.

My latte if filled half way for $4. Feels like a scam. The only saving grace is the friendly staff on the drive thru and the wait time.

Been a great experience for a very long time until today....you ever have those moments where you know 100% what you said but, customer agent heard something different? I've been ordering the same drink forever and I got to the window and cashier was questioned by other co-worker, did he change his drink? I said, no...cashier had to rekey my order but, not without making sure she expressed her embarrassment or frustration by yelling to me, make sure you say what you want next time...never looking at me..SMDH...I did!!!

Horrible service, I ordered two capichinos and two banana bread.They never asked my name for the order I was waiting and the drinks at the counter without calling meThe cold breads, when I ordered them hot, I reminded the employee and she was rude and the capichino was horribly ugly, I told her and her response was THIS IS THAT DRINK. It's not the first time I've consumed it, but well, horrible experience.

Great Service!I visited the drive-thru on an early weekday morning and I was pleased with the service. They asked my name, repeated my order to me, and checked if I wanted anything else. When I pulled up to the window, the server kindly apologized that my order was not ready and if I could park they would bring it right away. At first I was worried because that experience has not been the best with past establishments. But to my surprise, here comes a barista 5 minutes after I parked with my order - hot and fresh. I have to say my experience was way above my expectations, including the excellent service!Parking: Parking is limited as the store is in a shared lot with other businesses.

Their service is usually nice. A lot of their drinks are extremely sugary, and their coffee is bland. Every time I have tried their refreshers, they have been so watered down and just sad. The dried fruits in the refreshers tasted pretty gross. I'm going to have an easy time boycotting Starbucks and going to other coffee shops for much better coffee.

This was the worst experience for me at a Starbucks. Not sure what was wrong with the employee at the window but she was literally being nice nasty. All because I asked for my drink to be made the right way. Not only was she rude on the mic , but it got worse at the window. Went to speak to the manager and once again she was being rude. The only thing the manager could offer was two $4 gift cards and a “sorry”. Never here again

PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT AFTER PURCHASING. ON SEPTEMBER 26 THE CASHIER TIP HERSELF. SHE PUT $5 GRATUITY. I KNOW ITS ONLY $5 BUT STILL SHE HAVE TO ASK FIRST NKT JUST TAKE IT

Every time I get an iced coffee or shaken espresso they never put the syrup in. I have to do a custom syrup each time just so they will add it. It’s a really pain l, especially when I just want a normal ice coffee with classic syrup, and don’t have time to go back.

Pretty nice inside and the air conditioner was nice and cool on the hot summer day. The service was great, and the place was neat and orderly. There is also plenty of parking and a drive-through. There is also a very large and nice outdoor seating area with lots of umbrellas for shade. And a large grassy area for the kids are dog to play in.
