I normally like this location. We went through the drive through, my husband has anxiety and stumbles over his words, so he wanted me to give my order through the drive thru from the passenger seat. I tried to be loud enough to hear, but “Danny” VERY condescendingly said “MAAM I cant hear you from a passenger side.” It was clear they were trying to make me feel pathetic. I used to put with this kind of treatment, but I call it out now.

Nice cozy place to enjoy a great book while having a nice beverage. My friends and I had a wonderful time by their outdoor area.
Staff is friendly and accommodating with big smiles. Jared is such a great barista!

Horrible customer service! I don’t understand how this location has managed to stay open. I had my drink remade three times and it was still wrong. The young lady that remade it had a horrible attitude.

The Main Street Starbucks in Lakewood has a great crew of employees. The food/drinks are consistent, the baristas are friendly and personable, and the drive-through wait is usually short even during busy times.
