Horrible customer service! I don’t understand how this location has managed to stay open. I had my drink remade three times and it was still wrong. The young lady that remade it had a horrible attitude.

The Main Street Starbucks in Lakewood has a great crew of employees. The food/drinks are consistent, the baristas are friendly and personable, and the drive-through wait is usually short even during busy times.

Ordered my usual matcha latte, but it was rushed and poorly made—matcha powder was clumped, clearly not mixed properly. I pointed it out, but the staff didn’t seem to care. Disappointing lack of quality and service.

Their hot coffee always tastes burnt. I usually get iced coffee from here, and the last 3 times I decided to get hot coffee and all three times it tastes like how it smells when coffee drips on the burner of the coffee pot😂😭

Love this location and always make the drive to it no matter the weather. But today I ordered my usual and had to come back for the drink to still not be a cream mocha Frappuccino. It’s supposed to be cream based with no coffee yet the second time it’s coffee as well.

This is probably one of the worst starbucks in a 20 mule radiance. I go to starbucks 3x a day if not more i know its a sad statement i have went to this one a few times prior and remember why i rather go anywhere else.The staff are not friendly by any means. I was in the drive thru Takes 15 mins with two people in line. They made the wrong drink i unfortunately didn't notice until I was halfway down the road. I ordered pumpkin cream chi and I don't know if they put maple or what in this drink but it tasted as if I had misses Butterworth in my drink. Tried calling the store but no answer. I will never suggest this one to anyone else. Which is ashame.

I forgot to take the pictures when i just got it but i ordered venti with cold foam and this is the second time they forgot to put it in already, plus it always 4/6 cup but never full

They need to rinse the shakers better..I am sick of ordering plain black iced tea and having it taste like mango or whatever flavor they used before..it is way to pricey to have it taste like fruit and not tea. Also its just about every time I order..get it together..

It's pretty much just like many of the other Starbucks.The food is going to be what it is. What makes this location stand out is the outdoor seating area and staff attitudes. For the most part, they are very cheery, warm, and welcoming, and the outdoor area is nice to enjoy the fesh air as well
