The baristas at this Starbucks are my favorite; they're very personable and provide great service. As a regular who's resistant to change, I hope they can retain their current team for the foreseeable future! Keep up the awesome work.

Had the worst customer service today. I’ve seen dogs inside but today I was told not to bring mine inside. Manager didn’t ask if he’s a service dog and ordered me multiple times to move over to other counter for my drink without realizing my drip coffee is being poured. I’m not surprised employees quit with that type of toxic leadership.

All the garbage was over flowing. No tp in one bathroom and no paper towels in the other bathroom. Also, it took 15 minutes for them to make 2 mocha drinks. Worst ever Starbucks ever. There was 4 persons working.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade and I got only ice with syrup, they never added strawberries or the concentrate.... terrible service
Since the new remodel service is slow and attitude is poor. It took 28 minutes to revive a hot tea.Parking: Parking lot is chaotic

I ordered this macchiato this morning and it did not come out right. It says oat milk but I know they didn't put the right milk because I'm having allergic reaction to the coffee. This is not the first time they have done this not putting the right milk. I had this coffee before so I know how it taste. This coffee didn't taste like last time didn't even taste like the right coffee. I like Starbucks but I wish they would pay more attention when they are making drinks.
