PESIMO SERVICE The girl who attends very rude had to use the bathroom and did not want to give me the PIN said that she would find it in the payment receipt and the payment was made until she finishes the order after 15 minutes, fortunately a client gave us his receipt to be able to use the PIN, but it is something silly that you cannot give the PIN and that he answers you in a haughty way.

TL;DR: Dear franchise owner -- do better. MUCH better.
This is the most "hit or miss" fast food place in Lakewood. Sometimes you'll go and get lucky and the service will be prompt and the food is super tasty.
But most of the time you go and service is ridiculously slow (like 8 minutes to make one sandwich), they're out of ingredients (usually bread, but sometimes veggies), and their veggies are legitimately frozen solid (not just chilled, I mean ice crystals growing on the actual veggies) (and not just one of the veggie containers, but all of them).
It's clear the turn-over is high for employees (not surprising as I'm guessing they aren't being compensated well) and the training is non-existent. I asked to have one of their new foot-long cookies and the worker said, "I haven't been trained on that, so I can't do that, I'm sorry." To be clear -- this is a managerial and **franchise-owner** issue, not a day-to-day service worker issue.
I really wish this place was consistent and better quality because I would go there twice a week for some fresh, easy lunch if it was. But sadly I think this is the last time I'm going here after I've given them 10+ chances.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich. If I were blindfolded and asked what I was eating I would have guessed tuna fish. The girl at the counter was a zit faced tweaker. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy spending an entire day on the toilet.

Terrible experience. I needed to use the restroom after a long road trip and it was an emergency, yet they said I had to buy something first. I had planned to get a sub after using the restroom but now I decided not to after how rude they treated me. Also, they were mopping the floors and had absolutely no wet floor sign and I almost slipped and fell!! Subway is forever on my “places to never go again” list.

Staff was ready, Food was good, we had to go but it was a pleasant experience, dining room was nice. Restrooms were clean and coded on the doors, so ask.
This Subway location was disappointing due to stale bread, limp and scattered vegetables causing sogginess and too much sauce. I usually visit this location once or twice a week and huge fan of eating healthy sandwiches, but this was the last time I’ll be returning. I wasn’t able to catch the employees name but he was a male. Usually there’s two females working and they make amazing sandwiches.
