This is really one of the worse Taco Bell’s in the area. I think the management tells the employees to skimp on the cheese in their crunchy tacos. I’ve been thru time and time again and every time it is the same, the amount of cheese they put is downright disrespectful. I’ve even tried ordering extra cheese to see if they would put a decent amount, nope, barely any cheese. You are better off going to Tillicum Taco Bell, their tacos are consistent and good 9 times out of 10.

Went to the Lakewood Taco Bell tonight, we ordered online and had a big order so we asked for quit a bit of sauce online. We went through the drive through to get our order and asked again for sauce (they said it was coming with our food). After we got our food we pulled off to make sure we had all of our food because it was such a big order. There was no sauce. So we tried to go inside and it was closed, but there was a long line in the drive through so we tried to get someone to grab us some sauce and bring it to the door, they came to the door, opened it and told us to go through the drive though (instead of just walking over and bringing us some sauce). They were extremely disrespectful to us, making fun of us inside (doing a cry baby face). We will never be coming to this Taco Bell ever again.

Horrible service! When ordering we asked for sauce didn’t receive it and it was later at night. When we thought we were being cute and funny asking for sauce near the window (at a distance) we were asked to come to the door once at the door we were directed to go back through the drive through to get SAUCE! Which was a 20 -40 minute wait! When the employee already walked to the door we asked “really you couldn’t just bring it to us”?! He said no and signaled a crying face to my friend which then ended in aggravating him on Taco Bell’s employees part. We spent a a lot of money to get treated like this and it is not okay because of this we will not be going to this Taco Bell anymore. You can thank your person in charge on Friday night oct 25th! If they would have throughly read through the order it would have been correct! Please do your job Lakewood Taco Bell!

I am leaving this review not necessarily for OUR benefit but rather, because SOMEONE needs to advocate for these employees!
This location is FREEZING! It feels like walking into a cooler. I asked the staff if it was the AC I heard running and if they CHOOSE to work in those conditions.
I was told that it IS the AC & that they do NOT want to work in that temperature but that it cannot be changed. I was also told that the people who can fix the Temperature control are located at a different facility & this cold temperature has been an ongoing problem.
I was absolutely mindblown that these employees are working in that enviornment. Not to mention, the place was essentially EMPTY of customers. In fact, we noticed from the road that it appeared empty and we thought it was closed. I have no doubt the temperature is playing a part in their lack of business. Any Taco Bell I have ever been to over many many years (I am 55 yrs old) has ALWAYS had a line of customers.
To give you all who are reading this an idea of the temperature....the employees have winter jackets on with hand warmers in the pockets & in the shoes.
This is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm appalled actually.
I want to mention, there was nothing but positivity coming from the employees aside from my inquiry and even then they were respectful to the company in telling me the situation. The food came out lightening fast and good. I WILL note that the taco shells were freezing while the food was hot. I certainly do not blame the staff.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO ARE DEDICATED ENOUGH TO COME TO WORK EVERY DAY IN UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS.

Rushed thru drive thru, asked for all sauce and got diablo and mild only. The spicy box they gave me had at least 10 jalapenos per item. ( the end of the burrito stuffed with 6!) barely any meat or sour cream. dont waste your time or money here lmfao

Didn't get what I ordered. I ordered the cantina box combo and was given 2 hard shell chicken tacos with just chicken and cheese. At least I was given 2 of the new sauce packets. Not the biggest deal but I like to get the correct food i orderwhen I go to taco bell.
