Food made to order which is good, only downside to this renovated Taco Bell is they built a wall where they prep food and you can barely see the workers to get their attention unless one comes out or looks up. The 2nd issue is that anyone from the outside on the south side entrance can go to the paid drinks and fill up their cups for free. I saw this the 1st they were reopened. A young female came in from the outside and filled up her cup. This is a poor location because the drinking station is out of site of the employees.

Had I not gotten up to check the rack, that I thought was for order delivery people, I would have never gotten my food. What's the point of asking for a name on the self order screen if you're not gonna call the name? Owell lesson learned lol.

Skimpy portions, garbage quality, and higher prices due to the remodel. Deff gonna go to a different TB bc this one is trash. Employees just standing around on their phone but can’t make sure my order is warm and not skimped? They said “would you like your nachos spicy?” and then charged me .60 cents without saying anything. Absolute trash.

The new store and experience is very empty its like walking into a laundromat. No personnel face to face service, no friendly greetings. Just a big empty lobby with terminals to order for yourself! Than later your name is called and food passed to you. You can no longer even see the kitchen to see how your food is being prepared. I believe this shows the worst part of our society, no personnel interaction, empty feeling, being treated like I was on an assembly line. If I ever visit this location again it will only be through the Drive up at least there you get to hear a human voice and see a human face.Kid-friendliness: Please read my comments above about the new automated unpersonal atmosphere sense the stores remodel.

I did not get what I ordered and the supervisor told me to go to another Taco Bell if I didn't like it.
If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars, I would. I went there tonight and asked for no meat as I haven’t eaten meat in two years, and I got halfway through my burrito and realized there was beef in it. I now have food poisoning and had to call out of work tomorrow. If you can go an extra mile or so to another location, I suggest you do that. If this was an allergy, instead of a dietary preference, this slip up would have way worse consequences than a bad review.Dietary restrictions: They pay absolutely no mind to any dietary restrictions and it leads to illness.

The food wasn't, there really wasn't much to speak of as far as service is concerned. The atmosphere is awful one large empty counter with a single tablet. Nobody was at the counter so you had to use the kiosk. I don't know who could eat that dining area...nothing but white walls, reminds of a jail cell.
