There's no other place in TACOMA I would ever go to for Chinese food BUT HERE!!!! the customer service was above 5 stars i mean THE BEST. it was like our food was ready before we could even think about it. The host was so attentive and gracious. Literally the best customer service I ever got in Tacoma. PERIOD. WHILE serving other patrons. Our food came fast and HOT!!! very affordable. The food was over five stars. The restaurant was so clean and decorated well. Our server was perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND APPRECIATE THIS BUSINESS.. THE BEST IN TACOMA

we ordered from uber eats. we ordered honey walnut prawns, bbq pork, spicey chicken, and pork fried rice. our bbq pork, tasted funny. wen we got into it part way, it was pink and slimy. i ate 2 of my prawns and tasted mold in both of them. we immediately stopped eating EVERYTHING. it’s been 20 min and i can’t get off the toilet. wen we called we were told to contact uber eats for credit and were told “sorry” 😳😒😑

With my daughter’s 25th birthday just around the corner, we were in need of a catering solution that would truly impress our guests. During one of our cherished meals at our favorite restaurant, I decided to approach our trusted contact, Sean, to explore catering options for the special occasion.

To my delight, I discovered that they do, in fact, cater for events. We settled on a fantastic selection of dishes: Chow Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Mongolian Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Beef Fried Rice, and General Tso's Chicken accompanied by fluffy white rice.

Sean went above and beyond by personally delivering the feast steaming hot right to Gig Harbor. He thoughtfully included two generous tubs of sweet and sour sauce on the side, ensuring the chicken maintained its crispy texture and didn't become soggy—a testament to the restaurant's keen attention to detail. Along with the main dishes, he also provided an assortment of hot sauces, chopsticks, and fortune cookies to complete the dining experience.

The food was nothing short of spectacular, and our guests were absolutely thrilled with every bite. The flavors danced on our palates, showcasing the authentic and vibrant taste of Szechuan cuisine. It's often the case that large orders may not live up to expectations, but this was a delightful exception. The entire meal was outstanding, all thanks to Sean and the dedicated team at Tacoma Szechuan.

My wife and I have been sleeping on this spot. Last week we ordered a few entrees...the short and skinny we will 100% be back! The food was fantastic! Also the prices were good for the portion size and quality.

Very authentic. Delicious food, and very cheap prices. Large portions. Staff is so friendly and nice!!! We came all the way from Olympia and it was worth the drive!! A+ will be coming back.

Without exaggeration my favorite restaurant. The eggplant, green beans, mala chicken, and dan dan noodles are truly the best.

We just moved to the local area and found this place. True to other reviews it had good vegan options, with a section on the menu for tofu dishes and one for vegetable dishes. I had Tofu Kung Pao, next time I’ll try the Mongolian Tofu or one of the vegetable dishes. Friendly prompt service, nice casual atmosphere.

Best Chinese place I have ever been to!! Literally every single thing we got was delicious. The pricing was so reasonable, the portions were huge, and the staff was so friendly and kind! Best sesame shrimp I have ever had, and the chow mein was delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

Best Chinese food in Tacoma--hands down. Although a lot of people do take out from this place, I love to eat in. The staff is amazing with young children and my kids are obsessed with their fish tank.

Appetizers are amazing. We can't pass on the pot stickers or the crab ragoons. My go to for dinner is the vegetable chicken. Unlike other restaurants, they actually have a good number of vegetables.

Do not come to this place. Bad food and even worse service. We were forced to pay 18% tip due to party size. The waitress knew and essentially did not provide service. I had the knife shaved noodle. The texture and taste are off. The noodle tastes like raw dough.
