Yum Yum Teriyaki

I was introduced to this place by an ex-friend of mine and have been coming here since. I introduced my family here, and the to-go and eating indoors have always been pleasant. I love the staff, they are so nice to talk to!

We ordered the lunch specials: mongolian beef and teriyaki chicken w/ chicken katsu and side salads. That came to about 40 dollars. Not as cheap as I was expecting for a lunch special, but okay... but the food was really good overall. The beef was not as tender as Happy Teriyaki, and it had crunchy pasta? Not sure if that was part of it. Salads were crisp and refreshing. Sweet and sour (?) sauce was a little watery but not too bad. I would eat there all the time but 1) it is a little pricey...and 2) the floor baseboards have a mysterious black residue all along the floor. Besides that, I love the atmosphere and Large picture menu on the windows. And personally, a feng shui barrier just inside the door would make this even better since it does feel very open at the moment.

Never saw a teriyaki restaurant that serves banchan (side dishes). That alone makes it stand out from others. Yummy and large portions. Very friendly, nice people. Very neat and clean.

We came at closing so it could have been the fact they were closing down, but it probably would have been the perfect nostalgia hole in the wall.

My husband and I have been coming here for years! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Couldn't recommend anyone better. My husband and I moved and bought a house and hour and a half away and STILL drive up here specifically for this place for the food and the people. Not once have we ever walked in and they didnt remember who we were. The food has always been spectacular and I WILL DROOL knowing I get to eat here. Specifically their Mac salad is TO DIE FOR. thank you for being a place thats always so welcoming and a safe place in this crazy world for my husband and I. This place will always be a staple for us.

I order takeout here too much, they don’t even ask for my name anymore when I call. Highly recommend the Salmon Teryaki.

We order from Yum Yum Teriyaki often and are always satisfied with their food and service. We especially like the house Yakisoba and beef broccoli, but all their food is delicious! The owners are very friendly and work hard to please. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Yum Yum Teriyaki never disappoints. The food is always great, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the portions are generous. Staff are super friendly and service is quick. Great spot for a tasty, affordable meal!
