“I ordered the Tumwater Turkey on an Asiago bagel. Because of food sensitivities, I had to skip the onions, which I think would have made a big difference in the flavor. The sandwich itself was a little plain. The bagel could’ve used a bit more salt, and I probably should’ve gone with a flavored cream cheese instead of plain to give it more kick. My husband ordered the Summit Scramble with sausage on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, and his was delicious, though he also mentioned the bagel itself was lacking salt. The bagels are definitely fresh and soft. That perfect squishy texture everyone hopes for. The staff was friendly and efficient, even during the rush. Our order came out quickly, and the total for both items was $29.32. I was a little surprised they didn’t have a classic cinnamon raisin bagel. Maybe just temporarily, but it’s one I would’ve loved to grab to go. I’ll definitely stop by again to try a toasted bagel with a different cream cheese. For anyone with dietary restrictions, just know that without all the toppings, the flavors might be milder than expected. Still, a great local spot worth visiting!“
