Bavarian Bagel Co. offers great tasting bagels in a variety of flavors, with big and chewy bagels and fresh, generously portioned fixings. The salted rosemary bagel is a favorite, and the everything bagel is good as well, though they tend to run out and sell out by 10 o’clock in the morning. The Grinder and The Summit are notable sandwich options, with the sesame BLT sandwich also praised. They have a fully vegan menu and a variety of schmears, including an amazing lox spread. The bagels are fresh and absolutely delicious, with the best bagel sandwich in Leavenworth. The staff is friendly and hard working, and the place is clean. Service can be slow, especially for coffee beverages, and the small footprint offers just a couple of places to sit, with small inside and outside tables. Expect to wait in line for a while, but it's worth it.

I ordered the Tumwater Turkey on an Asiago bagel. Because of food sensitivities, I had to skip the onions, which I think would have made a big difference in the flavor. The sandwich itself was a little plain. The bagel could’ve used a bit more salt, and I probably should’ve gone with a flavored cream cheese instead of plain to give it more kick.

Absolutely the best bagel I have ever had!! Highly recommend! It was my first time and I preordered cheddar cheese and can’t wait to try others. Go find them or preorder, you won’t be disappointed!
