Our experience was ok, hence the 3 stars. Took 10-15 minutes to be greeted by our server after being seated even though we were his only table, all of the servers seemed to be more interested in talking at the bar rather than helping customers. Food was ok. The fondue was amazing but the chicken strips and fries our daughter got were mediocre. My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous New Year's Eve dinner with exceptional service as well as fabulous food & drinks! They were short staffed but that did not get in the way of making our visit just perfect! The restaurant was conveniently located right off of the lobby so we stayed nice and cozy as we walked from our room :) Thank you to all of the wonderful staff ~ we appreciate your hard work with a smile!!

We went for the Tea with Santa and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was great, with a wide variety of finger foods to accompany the tea selections. Savory and sweet both. The service from the staff was exceptional and the GM even stopped by to thank us personally for choosing to join them. But all of this pales in comparison (Sorry Chef and Staff) to the time and individual attention we got from Santa.
