Traveled here for a weekend stay in a cabin with four families. After traveling all day we were exhausted and just wanted something easy to pick up. The Old Mill Cafe was only 7 minutes away from our rental house. Although we had several dietary restrictions, the online form for ordering was perfect. I just followed up with a phone call about one order we we're not 100% sure was going to be right. Ended up going over the whole ticket together just to double-check everything...
Cute place in Plain, close to Lake Wenatchee and cross country skiing and now mobile locations. They have a wide variety of breakfast and lunch/dinner ideas. Large portions too! They also have really good donuts/pastries with coffee
This place embodies and pays homage to the settlers who first came to Plain. But the staff doesn't respect those people based on their ideologies.
We came in for breakfast. Got our food and the food was wonderful. Probably top 3 I've ever had for breakfast. My son asked for us to move there because the food was so good.
Then I overheard the staff talking politics and discussing gun laws in other states which were completely false...
