Wake Up Call - Liberty Lake

I can’t stand them coming to my car. I’ll happily order at the window. I don’t like feeling rushed or having the awkwardness of feeling like they came to my personal space. It makes me very uneasy, I feel the quality of the drinks has gone down since beginning this as well, since now everyone is rushed through. And I no longer tip because I don’t feel like I have a genuine connection with my barista, sometimes that simple “small talk” is what makes the coffee good

Good place that offered friendly service for early morning coffee for on the road

Absolutely love this place! Cheaper and better tasting than the large corporations but more hours and more staff than most independent coffee shops. The Mad Hatters are delicious 😋

01/28 Whoever was working the window tonight was absolutely amazing!! She helped me pick out my drink and the informed it was happy hour so I could get the bang for my buck. She was so friendly and even had me try it to make sure I loved it!! So so sweet!!

Came in to get a drink that I had no clue what it was called, the person at the window was so so sweet. I didn't catch their name but they had curly hair; they made it really easy and were so patient! The drink ended up being really good but the costumer service was the real shining star here.

Went to this wake up call today and experienced the worst experience I have by far of anytime I’ve been to wake up call. Ordered what I usually do and they gave me the wrong food (an English muffin breakfast sandwich) and when I brought it to their attention, they said “he meant the burrito” no… I SAID the burrito you gave me a sandwich I did not misspeak/order incorrectly. They have a history of our orders tied to our phone numbers.. never once have I ordered an English muffin sandwich. The employees proceeded to laugh about it while standing at the window with it open so I could hear their exchange. Got home, tasted my coffee and it was also made incorrectly. Customer service at its finest - when the employees makes a mistake, the customer is the inconvenience?
