Wake Up Call - Liberty Lake

Came in to get a drink that I had no clue what it was called, the person at the window was so so sweet. I didn't catch their name but they had curly hair; they made it really easy and were so patient! The drink ended up being really good but the costumer service was the real shining star here.

Went to this wake up call today and experienced the worst experience I have by far of anytime I’ve been to wake up call. Ordered what I usually do and they gave me the wrong food (an English muffin breakfast sandwich) and when I brought it to their attention, they said “he meant the burrito” no… I SAID the burrito you gave me a sandwich I did not misspeak/order incorrectly. They have a history of our orders tied to our phone numbers.. never once have I ordered an English muffin sandwich. The employees proceeded to laugh about it while standing at the window with it open so I could hear their exchange. Got home, tasted my coffee and it was also made incorrectly. Customer service at its finest - when the employees makes a mistake, the customer is the inconvenience?

When we decided to stop here we were looking for a coffee shop to get some work done. He were glad to see open tables, but it didnt take long to understand why. This is not a place you'd come and sit for coffee.
The music is really loud, causing the Barbara's to have to yell, making the whole place noisy and not a great place to sit and enjoy coffee. Outside tables filled up, but the inside was empty.
The baristas were great, coffee and food were good, but it feels like the noise keeps people away. Not sure if we will be back.

Where have I been my entire life and just discovered this coffee chain?! My new favorite 😍 The Abbey with Chocolate Macadamia Syrup was the coffee I never thought I needed.

Always great coffee but I don't know if it's the tariffs or what but a medium caramel macchiato with an extra shot cost over $7!! So for me now, having a caramel macchiato has turned into a luxury and a once in a great while thing. I will have to stick to convenient store coffee that also makes coffee from beans that are ground right in front of you and with caramel macchiato flavoring a cup of coffee is give or take $2 for a large.
I'll b back but like every few months.

Wish steaming milk wasn’t so loud, was trying to go through a meeting training.
Coffee is always good just today the steaming of milk seemed loud. Wishful thinking

This has to be one of the worst nonfat mocha’s I’ve had. Little flavor and I wonder if they even put 4 shots in the cup. It didn’t taste like coffee at all. Little chocolate flavor either. I was seeing these coffee stands from the tri cities to post falls. I won’t be stopping at one anytime soon.

Always a great experience when coming thru dont matter if its in my own city or another city Always feel welcomed the hospitality the workers to the customers ??❤️?

Cant complain. Out of all the chain coffee shops, this one hits the best. Several coffee stands just dont do a decent drip coffee. They do that well. Very on top of particulars of milk or sugar type. They want you to be happy, not fed through a line of cars or foot track.
