This place manager promised to send me a card for not accepting the coupons that day ok so a month has passed and still no subway card ! I absolutely can't stand a liar who doesn't follow Thur with his word guess this man is a liar !! I've called twice and talk to Mary who was there the day this happened still nothing don't trust this place! Liars don't make it, it will catch up to you I can't wait till I'm back in long beach Washington which could be any day now to see what story this liar going to give me this time !!!!! This subway is in long beach Washington

I ordered two foot long blt sandwiches. There was absolutely no lettuce or tomatoes. Only 2 strips of bacon down the whole sandwich. When you looked at the sandwich sideways all you could see was bread. Sandwich tasted like bread. As 99 percent of the sandwich was bread... What little I ate of it. Again literally nothing between the bread but super small portions. I used the app so I didn't watch them build it. Wasted my lunch break driving them back. I've been eating here for longer then just the new ownership. Normally good food. But not the last few times. Never again subway! Today's sandwiches are not up to par at all. Management please train your employees to use a scale if they can't eye ball portions.
On a good note staff was pleasant. Sandwiches just were garbage. And if anybody argues this I will post pictures I took all over. Trust me management. Sandwiches were not proper and just opening wrapper I was very disappointed. Show me you fixed this and I will take my review down. I don't feel like me taking them back and showing workers made any difference. As they just through them in the garbage. And didn't talk to whomever made them or seem to care. Ps I am a local and I don't write bad reviews as I support the community. But what I got for my money is absolutely no good to the point I feel management must know. I was offered a refund. But what I wanted was my sandwiches as it was my lunch and I was hungry. And what I got was bread with nothing on it.....

The food was good, the service was great. There was a lot of equipment stored out in the customer lobby. I an entire section of tables was closed with "junk" piled on them.

Went in to get a couple sandwiches - one FL, one 6”, 2 chips, horrible service, 2 quarter size tomatoes, pittance of lettuce - $24+10% tip. Won’t be visiting another Subway for awhile, and certainly will never visit this one again.

Vegetarian options: There isn’t any vegetarian options but salad or cheese sandwich with veggies. And unless you order on line you can’t get any of the side kicks I was told .

Tabitha helped me and I usually don't go for subway but today I did and she was awesome she was very courteous and made my sandwich with a smile..at it was so delicious that i am definitely going back..
Caution hours do not match what the employees will do. usually pretty casual. Locked doors @ 8:45 , doors and orders taken online behind at 8 am. Two employees ignored me until I knocked and then they said they would not help me until 9. I won't post details but the staff in my opinion are not happy, and are a bit rude and quick to raise voices when asked a question.
