Burger King in Longview

“I was in here recently and the employess were short staffed and busy in drive thru. I had not been waiting long and the guy behind me that came in after me was very rude to the lady that was trying to keep up and do her job. He called her rude names and was really hateful towards her just because we had to wait a little longer. Just wanted to come on here and say you guys are doing great and keeep up the good work. Thank you for the awesome customer service! Sorry you have to deal with rude customers!“

“Picked up a couple of Hershey pies for my daughter in law yesterday was her birthday, so I wanted to take her a sweet treat with her gift. Wish they still have the cheesecake, but the Hershey pies are delicious. They were struggling a little bit because they were short-handed but they were very courteous and apologetic for the delay, so that is great work ethic of them in a frustrating situation. Kudos to them for their professionalism.“
