They called the police on us because they refused to make our food or give us a refund after we had paid. We placed a mobile order and paid for it, arrived when we were supposed to in the “chipotlane”, and they said they didn’t have an order for us and refused to make it. They said we could go in and place a new order and pay for the new order, but one of the things I ordered (quesadilla) was an online exclusive so I would not be able to order it in the store.
