The staff are friendly and I loved staying here! Only thing is please stop using so much salt in your food. It was tasty, but just a pinch less. Thank you Monticello staff for making my stay amazing!
In case you are wondering, this is not a hotel anymore! This is not a hotel anymore! You can start a lease renting one of the suites but the hotel business stoped a long time ago. Hey Google, change the backend tag of the place to apartment please.
We just stopped for lunch on our way back to Tacoma. The dining room is correctly furnished for the period of history when this hotel was built. I ordered chicken salad. My chicken wasn't fresh, it was old like it had been left out on the counter too long. The meat was strong in flavor, tough - so I sent it back and asked for their shrimps instead. The shrimps were delicious. The chef came out and I explained what was wrong. All things considered, they should have given us...
