After waiting through the long Covid pause after the Colbert review and the reopening of businesses, I received a notification that I could place an order. It was easy, delivery was quick and easy, and the fudge is delicious, smooth, creamy, and intensely flavorful. I put some thin slices out after a formal dinner party with coffee, and they were gone long before the pastries. Just ordered the fall assortment! Freezing works well, too.
Last day for cones, so bought pints of Lopez island creamery ice cream instead. It had been thawed and refrozen so it was gritty and crystallized. The Fudge Factory was VERY RESPONSIVE about making this right. Next time I'm on the island, I plan to give it another try.
