Given the price and location, I think the quality of their foods and beverages can be better. Maybe lower the prices a bit? I just felt like the portion and taste of the brunch items weren’t worth the price. Thank you.

I am a regular customer, but that is going to change. Maybe they should have stuck to their regular hours. They got rid of my absolute favorite soup, said maybe they’ll get it back one day a week but she didn’t know which. Ordered the broccoli cheese soup and it was gross, curdled and tasting nothing like cheese. They burnt my daughter’s grilled cheese. The 2 women working were not friendly, I didn’t see them smile once.

Went here with my grandma and the kids. Great place to eat. It is noisy though (probably the high ceilings?

Steadfast menu and service. Tasty bites, quick delivery to table, fun atmosphere. I only wish there was more sun to sit outside. Will visit again!

Parking: Street parking as long as you can walk. No hills, long street.

This place is overpriced and rude to people who don’t live in lynden. If you’ve got blue eyes and blonde hair you might have a chance at enjoying your visit.

The Avenue Club is my favorite sandwich! However, everything on their menu is a hit. Fast service and cozy atmosphere with a bookstore next door. My favorite place to visit when I'm in town!

We had a lovely breakfast here around 9:30 on a Saturday morning. It was bustling but we didn't have to wait for a seat. There's indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter and bus your own table, so it's a little more casual. I had scrambled eggs, and I chose black beans and avocado as my mix ins. It was heavenly. The toast and jam were good too. My partner really enjoyed his breakfast sandwich. The food came out pretty quickly. Plenty of vegetarian options.
Great food, good prices, friendly service.

Love the sandwiches and salads, the bread is perfect. The last few times I've gone, the prices shown on the board are lower than what I was charged. Staff said the board wasn't current, the prices need to be changed.

They have made to order scrambled eggs. I had a lovely vegetarian scramble with spinach, caramelized onions, and Gorgonzola. It was delicious! I also had their rosemary lemonade. What a fascinating taste!
