My husband and I just had dinner here tonight. Our server, Evan provided excellent service and the other wait staff that assisted made sure that our drinks were refilled promptly. The CFS and Pork schnitzel were excellent and the portions were very large. We will be back again soon and would definitely recommend this local business. Kudos to you Evan! Your positive attitude and energy impressed us both.
I had sr fish and soup, then ordered the rhubarb raspberries pie was very yummy, husband had the clam chowder, which I snatched 3 bites because it was so delicious. He had turkey open face with potatoes and dressing, very yummy and very huge portion. Less then $40 for two with desert, I thought was good. I guess the crowd rush comes at 5 for senior menu that gives you pie and beverage. 2 people came in to come back at 5.
This place is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside and has plenty of seating options. The service was good and the food came quickly. I have to say, I didn’t expect the portions to be so large—I ordered a small fries and a small brownie and couldn’t finish either. I visited with my 9 lb service dog, and the owner insisted that the dog stay on the floor. However, the way the tables are built, there was barely enough space for my dog.
