As always, great food and great people. Lee Bistro never disappoints. I was greeted at the door, and my order was taken immediately. It was obvious that they practice strong customer service here. My food (lunch special) was out in 6 minutes, and was delicious. Was given drink refills without even asking, and my leftovers were packed with care. This is a consistent “go-to” place.
This is one of my absolute favorite spots for Asian fusion in Lynden. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu multiple times, and every dish has been consistently excellent. The flavors are bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced — it’s the kind of food you genuinely crave.
