Employees won’t answer the phone. I had to drive 20 minutes there then home to find out if their store was physicyopen on Saturday morning. Instead of answering a phone and answering my question I had to drive all the way there and back. That sucks.

Very disappointed, I stood in the lobby for longer than 10 mins, no acknowledgment at all. Over 6 staff members working- not one could even take my order, ended up leaving. Horrible service.

They used regular milk instead of almond in my coffee.
I asked my Mom if she could pick me up one of the new skies drinks without the bobba. I have ordered it like this a few times, the bobba is not my favorite but the rest of the drink is good. Apparently the barista helping her was pretty rude to her, telling her that she can’t order it that way. My Mom let her know that we have ordered it like that no problem and the barista told her they shouldn’t be doing that. And then she proceeded to tell her she would give her the drink today but not to order it that way again. I understand that things are made certain ways, but this sounded a little extreme and an unnecessary response.

Had a hit and run through the drive thru, Starbucks couldn't provide us with any camera footage because their drive thru cameras don't save recordings. Please install cameras that can record information in case this happens again.

We just did the drive through in Lynden and the baristas know my wife and are friendly even though they were swamped with only 3 workers at that moment.
