The store is clearly heavily understaffed, but the food is great every time I come, they’re always super quick to fix issues when they arise. PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! Your team could use the help!
The staff tonight was so amazing! We appreciated the amazing service and how they went above and beyond even though it was late at night! 💕 we appreciate all those hard workers!
I had a mixed experience at Taco Bell.
When ordering, the staff member was initially patient but quickly became rude and dismissive, trying to rush me even though there was no one behind me (at 11am). There was also confusion around availability; I was repeatedly told items were out of stock and then told they actually were available, which made the ordering process frustrating and feel uninformed.
