I ordered 2 meals for my family, and we received the WRONG burgers!! We received the cheaper 2 for $6 and it wasn't even enough for my men to eat!!!!!
Tried to call there when we arrived home, they hung up on me!?!?!?! Is this REALLY the way this Arby's operates?!?!?! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! ESPECIALLY at the prices nowadays!!!!!!
They belong to Uber Eats. My first order was at 9:45 pm, the menu online told me I could order a certain sandwich, so it was ordered. Bwuhaha a roast beef place that runs out of roast beef.... 5 min. Wait... ha... umm it's been 14 so far and still waiting on the car in front of me. 19 min. Total to get my food... But hey I got a free cheesy arbys sandwich. Oh wait .. I can't eat those...
