Ashiya is a nice Japanese restaurant, the food is always great quality and delicious. The service is quick and the employees are nice and the owner is friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, the front of the shop is small but it extends on the left side of the restaurant. I would recommend the Katsu Curry, it is a big portion and it comes with a crisp side salad.
First time visiting! Love that it gives a mom & pop shop vibes. The gentleman that took our order had a huge smile on his face, which made the place even more welcoming.
Now for the food, absolutely delicious. This will probably be our go-to place as there’s variety of options when it came to Asian food. Highly recommend!

Ashiya Ramen and Curry is a solid spot in Lynnwood for ramen and Japanese curry. The ramen was really good, with a decent portion size and plenty of toppings. The meat was flavorful and nicely cooked, and overall the bowls were satisfying and well presented. We also liked the variety on the menu, with options ranging from ramen and udon to curry rice, donburi, fried rice, and yakisoba.
