There actually place sharing same roof, menu and price tags.
First one has 5 starts and open from breakfast to lunch:
* Really good crepes
* Attentive waitress with coffee refills
* Short waiting time
And there is a second one which opens after lunch with 3 starts:
* Rude personal
* No coffee refills
* Crepe was cooked like it was an omelette with side been a fried eggs pieces(have to stop eating)
* And it was a wrong type of crepes though I've been asked which exact one I need( I assume they don't know how to cook Swedish crepe at all)
Make your picks.

Service was really outstanding (communicative, friendly, knowledgeable) we got the chicken and waffles and a gormet burger, they were both just fine. Some of the flavour combos they do seem bold and sound amazing, but at the end of the meal we felt pretty unimpressed, but deffiently not cheated (good portions for price)

Love the concept. Service was efficient and fast. The food was not great though. It was trying to be fancy-ish and didn't stick the landing. Would prefer the basics at a high level.

Didn't intend to go here but the restaurant we were going to was closed. Thank God! We came in around 3:00 pm and were seated right away. Waitress was right there to take our drink orders and gave us the time we needed to look at the menu. I ordered biscuits and gravy w/3 eggs and potatoes (no add ons). Waited maybe 10 minutes and all of us were served (4 in the party). Wow! Hands down one of the best breakfast meals I've had. Sorry I didn't take a picture. If you have the opportunity to go there, do not hesitate. 5 stars all around.

It’s expensive cause the portions are huge. Also, so sick of people calling it country gravy and then making it a vegetable soup. Country gravy has no sausage OR vegetables.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at B3 in Lynnwood. The service was poor from the start. The staff barely attended to us and gave unpleasant looks when we mentioned we only wanted water. Our waitress appeared exhausted and disinterested. Her recommendations on sides and dishes were vague and unhelpful—essentially information I could have found online.
Our appetizer, wings, arrived nearly raw. When we flagged down our waitress, she said, “Oh, that’s not good, we wouldn’t want anyone to get sick,” took the wings away, and disappeared. We didn’t see her again until it was time for the check. There were no apologies, no offers to replace the dish, and no involvement from management. This neglect was unprofessional and concerning.
The lack of basic service continued: our water glasses were never refilled, and we asked multiple times for napkins, which never arrived. The staff seemed disinterested in helping each other, creating a toxic environment where everyone was out for themselves. The waitress had a cast on her wrist, which might explain the slow service, but it was the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure adequate support from other staff. Instead, we were left managing a poorly executed dining experience.
When my order arrived, which included eggs Benedict with salmon and brioche French toast, I received soggy potatoes instead of the fruit I had ordered. Upon inquiring about the missing fruit, the waitress tried to gaslight me, claiming I hadn’t ordered it and offering berries for an extra charge. At the end of the meal, when we finally got a water refill, the waitress remarked, “I won’t charge you for this,” which seemed like a poor attempt at humor given the context of our experience.
The kitchen’s performance was also concerning. Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk and reflects a lack of basic cooking skills. If the kitchen staff cannot manage fundamental food safety during peak hours, they should not be working during busy times. This lapse could lead to severe health violations and potentially jeopardize the restaurant’s operation.
It’s surprising that in 2024, when dining out is a significant financial commitment and grocery prices are high, poor service and shoddy cooking are still issues. Restaurant owners and staff should be grateful that people continue to dine out despite the costs, but B3 seems to be doubling down on mediocrity rather than improving.
We visited B3 on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. The restaurant closes at 4 p.m., and it was not full, making the inadequate service and management even more perplexing. Where was the manager, and why was the restaurant so understaffed during what should be a busy time?
My friends ordered chicken tenders and a BLET sandwich with sweet potato fries. The tenders were dry and lacked proper breading, and the BLET was fresh but flavorless, with a cold, untoasted bun.
With over three years of dining out in NYC for every meal before COVID, I understand what good service and food look like. B3 fell short on both counts. While I don’t expect Michelin-star service, I do expect basic effort, courtesy, and attention to detail. B3’s failure to meet these expectations, coupled with their disregard for customer satisfaction, indicates they are coasting on mediocrity.
If a restaurant cannot provide safe, high-quality food with attentive service and still charges premium prices, it doesn’t deserve to stay in business. This place needs a serious review from health services. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to B3.
