Been a regular here and we recently had a very pleasant experience for my son’s birthday. Our server, Zach, was so accommodating and really made the occasion special. Food was prepared well and our banchan was always refilled. Having a welcoming staff and friendly server can really leave a lasting effect on customers and we always receive such treatment here. I’ve tried many Korean BBQ places in the states but I think Baekjeong is one of the best. I went to the New York location a few years ago, and it was really good then too. I heard there was also a location in Lynnwood, so I finally went recently, and I was very satisfied.
The restaurant is pretty big, and the interior is decorated like a street in Seoul. The staff were friendly, and most importantly, they cook all the meat for you! We ordered the Pork Combo, and the staff cooked everything well, so the meat was really good :)
All the side dishes were good too. The kimchi was especially high quality. The steamed egg and corn cheese, which Baekjeong is known for, were also really good.
The only downsides were that the naengmyun was just average, and there were way too few staff members. There were more than ten tables with customers, but only two people were cooking the meat. Does this even make sense?! The owner came out to help later, but they really need more staff during busy hours. I hope the CEO pays a little more attention to the Lynnwood location!

Fantastic meal at Baekjeong! This was my first visit, recommended to me by the Ben Bridge team. Loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked in and the service was top notch. I wasn’t expecting them to cook the galbi for me so that was a nice surprise! It was perfectly cooked, so flavorful, and tender. And the gochujang sauce was fire! I’d also never been to a place that cooked the fluffy egg and cheesy corn mixture right around the edge of the grill while your meat cooked in the center. It was such a fun touch and made the whole meal feel even more unique. Can’t wait to come back!

Baekjeong is easily one of the best Korean barbecue spots around. The energy inside is high, the service is incredibly attentive (they do all the grilling for you!), and the food is outstanding.
We ordered a meat combo along with an extra order of the large intestine (daechang), and it was an absolute feast. Everything was delicious, but two things completely stole the show: the large intestine and the boneless short rib. The short rib was USDA Prime quality—unbelievably marbled, juicy, and literally melted in our mouths. The large intestine was prepared flawlessly on its own separate grill pan, turning out perfectly crispy on the outside and rich, savory, and buttery on the inside.
Combined with the unlimited banchan, cheesy corn, and egg crust around the grill, this was a phenomenal meal. If you go, do not skip out on the short ribs or the large intestine. 10/10!
