We've had b.b.q. chicen a few times recently in Portland too and it was delicious, but we ordered a soy garlic and an original half at the Linwood H-mart. But the soy garlic flavor was just soy sauce, and the original also used very little powder. I've looked at your customers' reviews that went through first and found out the same thing, but I don't see any effort to improve at all. Rather than respond to the reviews, show the results to the taste.

Just not good, and $19 for the smallest portion. I chose it because their pictures of the chicken looked crispy and good, and I got the impression they did one thing very well: chicken.

I got their secret sauce, and it had zero crisp. It was coated in a mediocre sauce, and it had a strange aftertaste.

I think the price is most egrigious. If it were a $6 microwave meal, I'd be satisfied.

The chicken was mostly bone barely any meat for $19.99 for 8 tiny pieces... Was expecting more from a Korean chicken place and very disappointed because apparently this is good in Korea. Wanted to give this a chance but never getting this again.

So many people have complained about them being overpriced while giving the smallest portions and they haven’t made any changes. This used to be our favorite chicken place, but we will never go again. Do better

Definitely not worth $21+ for the chicken. I ordered the 8pc cheesling chicken and it was unbelievably DRY.

The cheesling powder was also stuck together in lumps and the chicken was not coated evenly. Asides from being dry, there was barely any meat on the chicken.. mostly bones or hardened skin.

Very disappointing, would not recommend this location. I love the BB Q chicken in Canada, so I wouldn't knock other locations until you try it.

It seems this BBQ store cut a chicken wing in to 2 parts. The “chicken wings” were smaller than Hot Wheels cars. Even adjusting for inflation, 8 small wings cost $21. Another box of 16 small wings cost $42. Additionally, they were overcooked and dried out.

This used to be my favorite spot, you got GREAT chicken for a great price. I was hooked for a long time.

Now it is $19 for chicken the size of Buffalo Wild Wings chicken, with barely any breading or seasoning. It is wild to pay $20 for the same chicken that you can get at any deli section for like $8.

Don't waste your money!

I will post a picture of the chicken from Dawa, that is what b.b.q's chicken used to be, but even better! This restaurant went down hill so much, it is upsetting.

Located inside the h mart food court, bb.q has a lot of different flavors. I got the boneless chicken which was not bad but had minimal crunch. The chicken didn’t seem to be breaded. Wait times can take a bit of time. For my order it took 20 minutes. Staff was nice though.

Owner changed a while back and the new owner doesn't care what they serve. Bb.q needs to revoke the license. It's giving their brand a bad name.

The chicken is good. Well cooked, flavorful. The side of radishes is nice. It’s pricey but you do get a lot and it’s tasty. I’ve been here about 5 time and it’s been consistent. It’d be nice if you could choose the flavors for the half and half but otherwise lots of options.
