My friends and I were not far from Lynnwood when one of them said they were craving cream puffs. Off we went to Beard Papa's! I had always heard rave reviews about Beard Papa's but this was my first time going to one of their locations. Their small storefront is inside of the food court area of HMart. I ordered the matcha and caramel cream puffs and half dozen of the mini eclairs to ensure I had a variety of flavors. The mini eclairs were crunchy on the outside more than any puff I've ever ate in my life which was nice. Their matcha was flavorful and you can really taste it, sweetness was not overpowering like I was afraid it would be.
