Its kinda slow service and kinda expensive but it is very good and worth it every now and then or to celebrate. It is easy to order, has good choices, good food and its a sporty but mellow atmosphere.

I was charged a 50% tip without my knowledge / being asked. I walked up to counter and no worker was there to take my take out order. I needed to wait minutes and peek my head out to look into the restaurant to see if a worker would notice me. The server Jillian B. was sitting at a booth near the kitchen probably with another employee chatting then she saw me and walked up front to the counter. I ordered spicy cajun fries $5.99 and the serving amount looks smaller than usual. Later on I looked at my receipt that I was charged for a paper bag fee which was $0.16 and a tip for $3 without being asked - that tip amount is 50% of the item price. This brought my total to $9.81 after tax and all. I only recall the worker flipping the iPad for me to select how I'd like my reciept and not the tip or signature option. I have a negative impression Blazing Onion and I'm hesitant to eat there again. Be sure to check your receipts for extra charges.
UPDATE: I called them that night and they refunded me the tip. Then I called the next afternoon wanting to let a manager knows and turns out Jillian is a district training manager and explains that their system automatically tips 25% if I don't select otherwise but I don’t recall her giving me an option to tip on the iPad at all and 50% is a large tip and not 25% like they said. Jillian offered me a free meal which was nice of her to do. Though the whole scenario of a 50% tip added is odd to me. Also when I came for the free meal I needed to stand and wait multiple minutes for a worker to notice me and come up to me again which was awkward with customers looking at me and not something I liked.

This horrible restaurant was empty and had us wait 30mins for our food. The manager at this blazing onion restaurant treated me and boyfriend nasty after we noticed our food we received was cold. She told us to get out and called security after we asked for a refund.
