real hungarian taste, feels like home. large number of sweets alongside food, and many special european beers and wines
This place is just incredible. The food is some of the best I've ever had and the ladies here are so nice, dining here is like dining at home. A very wholesome experience with wonderful food and drinks!
This place is adorable, quaint, and delicious. I came here after a rough day and Elizabeth's kindness truly lifted me up... Also the mulled wine helped a bit too. I would highly recommend coming here for dinner!

Budapest Bistro offers a taste of authentic Hungarian and central European cuisine. The menu features a daily selection of homemade dishes, including pasta made in house and a variety of Hungarian and German treats. Everything is different than expected but delicious, with flavors that remind customers of homemade food, like what grandmothers used to make. The staff is helpful in guiding customers through the options. The cafe also offers a selection of Hungarian and German groceries and treats, such as scrumptious baked goods and desserts like the chocolate rum cake. While the ambiance may be simple due to the bistro's location, the focus remains on the quality of the food, which is described as fresh, home-cooked, and genuinely Hungarian. Portions are enjoyed by many, though some wish they were a little bigger for the price. Customers appreciate the cultural significance of the restaurant and the opportunity to try dishes that transport them to a classic Budapest restaurant. The overall experience is praised for its flavors, portions, and the chance to explore Hungarian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.
