If you’re at Alderwood Mall and craving a seriously satisfying cheesesteak, stop everything and head straight to Charley’s Cheesesteaks! This spot has quickly become my go-to in Lynnwood for fresh, grilled-to-order goodness. 
The Grilled Chicken Philly here is hands-down the best I’ve had anywhere. Juicy, all-white meat chicken breast grilled perfectly with sweet onions, mushrooms, and green peppers, then smothered in melted provolone. It’s packed with flavor, not greasy, and the bread is soft yet holds up beautifully. Every bite is a perfect mix of savory, smoky, and fresh—seriously addictive. I dream about this sandwich. 
The chicken wings are another winner—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and tossed in sauces that actually deliver. Whether you go classic Buffalo or their signature flavors, they’re never dry and hit that perfect balance. Pair them with the loaded fries or a cold lemonade, and you’ve got a meal that beats most sit-down spots.

“We tried the original and salmon cheesesteaks and my god at first sight thought there was no way we could finish as the portions were generous but after each bite you just want more so we didn’t have leftovers but most definitely will order again! You can tell it’s made fresh and their special seasoning and custom sauces they use are crazy good. Thinking to inquire about their catering for summer, I hear they bring out the smoker in the summer months too! YUM! Compliments to the chef we can tell you take great pride in your business! “Was craving new york style pizza and was not disappointed. Just ordered their caprese pizza with pep and extra basil. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I could literally taste the love. They clearly care a lot about their quality of food and I would say they nailed it. It’s hard to get me to try new pizza places, as I am often disappointed, but not tonight!
