Chef Dane catered our August 2026 wedding at Fremont Abbey and they were fantastic. The best part: they made our entire menu gluten free. Not one dish set aside on a separate table, not a special plate for one person, the whole thing. Anyone who has planned a wedding around a dietary restriction knows how rare and how meaningful that is. Nobody had to ask what they could eat, and nobody could tell the difference. The jerk chicken was a hit, the stuffed baby red potatoes disappeared...
We recently hired Chef Dane Catering for our wedding and the food, drinks and service staff were all phenomenal. Everything was delicious and the staff were so kind. All operations went seamlessly and our guests were so happy with their service. We are so glad we chose them for our wedding and would absolutely recommend their services for any other event!
