Decided to get a food from this place today, while ordering what to get my dad started to talk to my brother asking him why don’t he won’t get extra addings on his food, when the server with the name Alehan told my dad “because it will cost extra 1.47 dollars for him” in unacceptably loud and obnoxious tone for a person we don’t know personally. Moving forward and brushing off odd behaviour of this server, my dad asked for receipt, which on what Alehan decided to put corrections into my dad’s pronunciation of the word. As expected nobody in the customer service said a single word letting know that this behaviour was wrong. Hopefully this review will reach the right person and find itself helpful next time getting to choose what kind of “people” will serve others.

The rice was stale, i ordered a quesadilla and said NO lettuce but she put tons of lettuce! They cooked my quesadilla for like 2 seconds and the cheese didn’t even melt! When i was ordering i was about to say another thing and then they just said “go to the cashier” and then took the next customer! I can’t believe this place!!! Im never coming again!!!!!!!!

I went in for a pickup order today, and when I got home and opened my burrito bowl, it was only about 2/3 the way full. I don't normally write bad reviews, and I understand that mistakes happen, but the food here is way too expensive now to just let this sort of thing slide.
Congrats on losing a long time well paying customer that comes in here 2-3 times a week. You guys should teach your employees how to respect a customer and not get rude over asking for a little bit more meat, And also giving small portions then charge you for double meat and then give you hardly any double meat. Also if you don't like your job buddy you should quit and not take it on a customer. #Complete crap will never every come back here let alone any chipotle same old stuff just another day.

Really great food, but don’t order online ahead if it’s during the normal day hours. They prioritize in person orders as opposed to who ordered first, and if you’re in a hurry they’ll make you wait the entire time until the traffic dies down.

When I was going through some of the worst stuff of my life, me and my LITTLE sister went here and the girl who made our bowls plopped SO much sour cream in that it was like soup, and she stared right into my soul I know it was on purpose. I would understand if I was a rude customer, but nah I was being normal and polite. Never said anything to her about it but I'm never coming back here ?

As today Saturday October 12 2024 I went today and I ordered a steak quesadilla with guacamole and double rice on the side and wooow the rice wasn't cooked all the way it was hard and salty...I'm beyond disappointed of this ppl ?????
