One has to keep in mind that this is a food court location so I was not expecting a tremendous amount as I had never dined at Chipotle before.

We ordered a steak burrito and a cheese quesadilla Charging $25 for this seemed very expensive. I've gone to other restaurants that don't charge anywhere near that amount.

On the positive side, the burrito was stuffed to the brim and that was good, but the steak had no flavor whatsoever. I've seen other people complain that their burrito was too salty. This had no seasoning at all.

Quesadilla was just really put together quickly and it tasted like cardboard We asked for chicken ... it was flavorless along with the cheese ... flavorless.

The first person who put together the burrito arbitrarily put avocado on it and of course there's an extra charge for that. I did not realize that they put the avocado on, so I got it and saw it on the bill. The second person who put together the quesadilla did warn us that avocado was extra

So is it horrible No. is it worth the money. No.

Unless you're really in a hurry, go to a proper Mexican restaurant.

Inside Alderwood Mall food court.

Freshly put together in front of you. I had a bowl with: brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, sautéed veggies, corn, mild salsa and guacamole (extra charge for guac).

It's still spicy, but really good. Huge portion- had leftovers.

The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The portion sizes are by far the smallest I’ve seen. Asked for queso and got two tablespoons in a bowl. Asked for additional and was told it would be a double charge. I let one of the workers know that was fine but I wouldn’t need to ask for double if their portions were normal size. She let me know that because they’re in a mall, they do smaller portions because of cost. Doesn’t really make sense. Won’t go back again.

i forgot to ask for lettuce in my bowl. they should’ve read my mind and gave it to me anyways. 1 star customer service. EDIT: i would like to send my dearest apologies for my grave mistake. To my utter shock, i was bequeathed to have come to the worldy realization that there was in fact lettuce on my peculiarly large order. I apologize for my utter ignorance and disgusting behavior. Please forgive me. 5 stars

Same food you’d expect from a stand alone store , but the portion was not as much.

Decided to get a food from this place today, while ordering what to get my dad started to talk to my brother asking him why don’t he won’t get extra addings on his food, when the server with the name Alehan told my dad “because it will cost extra 1.47 dollars for him” in unacceptably loud and obnoxious tone for a person we don’t know personally.
Moving forward and brushing off odd behaviour of this server, my dad asked for receipt, which on what Alehan decided to put corrections into my dad’s pronunciation of the word. As expected nobody in the customer service said a single word letting know that this behaviour was wrong. Hopefully this review will reach the right person and find itself helpful next time getting to choose what kind of “people” will serve others.
