When I was going through some of the worst stuff of my life, me and my LITTLE sister went here and the girl who made our bowls plopped SO much sour cream in that it was like soup, and she stared right into my soul I know it was on purpose. I would understand if I was a rude customer, but nah I was being normal and polite. Never said anything to her about it but I'm never coming back here ?

As today Saturday October 12 2024 I went today and I ordered a steak quesadilla with guacamole and double rice on the side and wooow the rice wasn't cooked all the way it was hard and salty...I'm beyond disappointed of this ppl ?????

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. My mother ordered a mild dish with no spice, but there were a lot of diced jalapenos in her guacamole and salsa, even though she asked for nothing spicy. So $16 wasted and she can't even finish her food because it's so spicy she chokes on the first bite

Ordered a burrito to go. The burrito portion is large, but full with white rice. No cheese, no meat, no veggies. Even no beans. Seems like they made too much rice they should consider donation. Be honest!

Ms. Manger 95% of online orders pay drivers 5 to 7$ to drive average 4 to 8 miles we make less than minimum wage waiting at any restaurant makes it stressful. Learn to tell the front person the order needs to be made. when getting paid 5$ to drive 20 minutes is similar to when you get a customer that demanded to speak to the manager over nonsense.
Ordered a steak burrito which turned out to be very salty. Talked to the store manager Priscilla Dominguez Cruz who insisted their food was of normal salty level. She asked me to try a bunch of ingredients of the burrito. I figured out it was the white rice that was super salty. I asked her to try the white rice, after which she insisted they were of the right salty level. Got a refund. Very disappointed with the food quality and customer service in this branch. When I asked for a refund, both the store manager and several of the staffs smirked.

Ordered and took over an hour. Never received thru delivery. Store hours says open . DoorDash and when you call the store says closed. Called and offered me free chips and guacamole… first time ordering chipotle here .. NEVER ORDERING
