some of the worst customer experience ive ever had in my entire life, lemonade tasting like straight tap water, order was incorrect, food is cold, employees dont want to provide a receipt, employees want to ARGUE about your order. management is lazy and doesnt do anything about it. employees MEAN MUG anyone walking up. this is ALLLLL at the kenwood mall in cincinnati ohio btw✌🏻✌🏻

I ordered a sweet almond pretzel with no butter and the staff was very rude. They asked was I filming them and I said no. I then asked is there a problem what is the issue. The female employee said no. While you are staring at me how about you go do your job. So we stared at each other. Just my opinion, maybe hire an adult to supervise. First time going there, walked up and ordered a pretzel dog, was informed I would have a long wait, which I would be ok with and was then met with blank stares. (would have been fresh). After a couple of minutes of silence I opted for already made pepperoni bites.
