I was very disappointed in my experience at Crumbl. I was excited to have a store open closet to my home but I'm not sure I will want to come back. I waited patiently for about 30 minutes with a lobby of over a dozen customers before I finally decided to take charge because there was no customer service. There were at least 8 employees wandering around the back. At one point it was like I had this visual of a clown car with all these employees pouring out of somewhere. I have no idea what most were doing. There was no urgency. No one came up front to help a single customer. Employees were actively avoiding eye contact. One sometimes two employees very slowly put an order together. Others were dancing in the back while they were stirring batter or something. Someone else was putting boxes together and bringing them up to front. Yes you need to do those things I have product. But someone needs to help the customer. I finally yelled out that I had been waiting a long time. And the guy next to me even longer. You need someone actually helping customers.

The location is a little small and often gets crowded, but the staff is nice and the cookies are good.

I love the cookies!! Very delicious and love how we can pay for them which is easy to do. Their service is really fast and it’s impressive
