Online said that they would have the four flavors available for the free thin cookie today. And then when we went in the store, the worker said we can only have pink sugar, even though they were not out of the other three flavors. Not even chocolate chip. We went at noon.

Love that they now have smaller cookies. Big ones are usually raw in the middle which is very disappointing. staff are always very friendly.

I got to say leaving a bunch of teens in charge of a store is a insanely bad idea. Maliya? (She said that was her name but no name badge) Was very unprofessional, I came in at 9oclock it was dead. A group of teen girls came in after me and instead of getting my cookies first they got there’s and then Maliyah decided to chat with the girls for another 5 mins. While more customers started coming in they gave my cookies to the customers that came in 5mins after me!!! They leave and come back and say it’s the wrong cookies and sure enough it was my cookies so then I had to wait another 10 mins for my order to be ready.. I spent a half hr getting 4 cookies because your workers can’t work…
