Came here just for the ginger milk tea and it did not disappoint. Perfect burn in the back of the throat, just the way I like it. Great for when you’re feeling a little under the weather and need something to soothe your throat. What’s the point of a ginger milk tea if it doesn’t burn? Used to have to drive down to Bellevue to get my fix but now I’ve found a closer spot.

Delayed review to post since it’s been a few months, but very solid viet coffee! After studying abroad for over a year in Vietnam, I was missing strong Vietnamese coffee. I decided to stop by here after shopping in the mall for an energy boost and the drink did the job.⚡️

(updated 11/2025) drinks are great, always been tasty, but the “large” size has seemed to get smaller recently (while it’s stayed the same price). no longer in a ding tea cup but instead the cafe’s cup. the branding definitely leans more towards 36 streets cafe vs ding tea. unsure if they’re leaning more towards the cafe now vs the original bubble tea shop.
