I wish I could give zero stars. I went to Eat Frozz at Alderwood Mall and bought a coffee. As I took my first sip, I felt something moving in my mouth — it was a bug. I immediately spit it out, but I felt sick and shocked. I tried to complain but my English isn’t perfect, and the staff didn’t seem to care or help. It wasn’t just the bug… it was the feeling of being invisible. I left upset and nauseous. I’ll never go back😷

Tried the strawberry and banana rolled ice cream at Eat Frozz today, and it was delicious! Super fresh, creamy, and the toppings were just perfect.The staff was so sweet and friendly, smiling the whole time and making the experience even better. I felt really welcomed, and the service was quick too.
Definitely worth a stop if you’re at Alderwood Mall!

I ordered Dragon’s Breath and one rolled ice cream, and both were amazing. The Dragon’s Breath was really fun and exciting, especially if you’ve never tried it before(my son loved it) — and the rolled ice cream was delicious, they made it in front of my eyes.The flavor was super yummy (cookies and cream)
But what truly made this visit special was the people working there. I was so surprised (and very happy!) that one of the workers spoke Russian — it made me feel much more comfortable. That was very impressive and thoughtful, especially for someone visiting from another country.And they still made rolled ice cream even though the mall was already closed(thank you for that)
The entire staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful, with smiling faces and such a positive attitude. They made the experience enjoyable not just for the ice-cream, but also for the warm atmosphere. It felt like they really cared about the customers.

A minimal amount of frozen yogurt for two people costs $19, which is very expensive. Two young are not professional. I asked her many times to pay. The test only sugar the worst experience ever
