Food was fantastic. We had filet mignon with shrimp. Great service, easy parking. Chef was funny and entertaining. This was my first time in. I’ll be back.

First off the Chef and other staff were very nice, very attentive.
Now the rest-
Here is the thing, its very middle of the road flavor profiles with this kind of food and I look at it being similar to American Chinese food (everything is brown, salty and sweet). Also the steaks were clearly usda standard select beef, restaurants should at a minimum use Choice or Prime beef.
For 4 of us with tip it was over $300. Now I dont mind paying $1800 for four of us when I see value. We spend a great deal of money eating all over the world. I just dont see the value in this kind of food or experience, it's feels like you're paying for entertainment 1st and food 2nd. Also they need to get a new Sake to serve hot, one thats less earthy and has more melon and floral notes.
Now just the day prior I was at a Japanese restaurant called ISSIAN with my family, had 3 x the amount of Sake here and had twice as much food and it included fresh grilled Mackerel, Sashami combos, pork belly, Wagu steak and more for $100 less. Just saying!

First time going to fuji steakhouse. I didn’t know what to expect. The Chef was hilarious and entertaining. Not to mention his culinary skills were top notch. I would love to eat here again. 5 stars!

Went here with my wife, daughter and five year old granddaughter for my birthday. Was 100% blown away by everything! The food, the service, the atmosphere was perfect. As the Chef, (I think his name was Jue?) was preparing the veggies, I mentioned that my granddaughter loved mushrooms. So he yelled for the kitchen to bring another bowl of mushrooms just for her. She was in heaven!
We will definitely be coming back here as often as possible.

YOU MUST EAT HERE! This was the most fantastic place for my family to have a first experience and celebrate a beloved members birthday. We will be coming back for every celebration for the duration of our families lifetimes. I cannot stress it enough, the service was UNFORGETTABLE. I feel at home, welcomed, and truly loved by each and every staff member. I plan to marry my future spouse here and have the entire staff be present, they are our family now. 💖💕💖 Peace and Love, forever.

It started, off bad and got worse. First, no sushi at a sushi bar? Seriously guys, that's sad. The rice was not as good as normal and still the best part of the meal. If I had not been before and new it was better, I would not go back again. The cook.was friendly but the waiter does not understand English. This was a bad experience. Even worse than the old owners. It has not been this bad in years. Says $30-$50. Bill came to over $200 for 3 dinners. So.more than expected. Just don't be sneaky with the cost. I'm good with the price as long as you're not misleading it. The meal was not worth $50 tonight. Almost puked twice on the way home. It will be a. Long time before I go back. I have to forget how bad it was tonight first.

Rude staff thats completely unaccommodating... they apparently have no take out containers for anything liquid, run out of sushi, whatever that means.... they couldn't even do a vegetarian roll because they were out? Make it make sense. They will sit your group in a seating chart which doesnt even fit for the number of people you have, WHEN THE RESTAURANT AND THE TABLE ARE EMPTY. Won't do any adjustments to dishes after they tell you they dont have 70% of their menu.. Waste of time. Ill never be back, nor will I ever reccomend this sad excuse of a restaurant to anyone, especially if I care about their wellbeing.

We arrived later than expected which had us come in with less than an hour left until closing, but regardless of that they still have it their all with service! They were friendly, refills and appetizers were out quickly, and the food was spectacular! Will DEFINITELY be returning again soon!
