We’ve been regular customers at this restaurant for a long time and have always recommended it to friends, but after this experience, we will NOT recommend or come back.

We found two short hairs in our rice, which was completely unappetizing. When we told the waitress, she apologized and said she would speak to the kitchen, but we never received any follow-up. No replacement was offered, no discount—nothing. We still ended up paying full price, plus tip, despite the unacceptable situation.

Mistakes happen, but how a restaurant handles them matters. The lack of response and resolution made us feel ignored and unvalued as loyal customers. Really disappointed, and sadly, we won’t be coming back.

I ordered pad thai on my lunch for pick up...was there before it was done. A brick of noodles...5 small pieces of tofu and it smelled and tasted so hard like fish. Choose better next time I guess.

One of my to-go spots for Thai cuisine in the area. The portions were big and their curry noodles are the best!

I can’t say enough about this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful with explaining the origins of the dishes and the traditional way to eat them. Full bar, enough said. Most importantly though: the food is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. I’m a big fan of Thai cuisine and try a lot of places. This restaurant is heads and tails above the rest. Traditional and authentic. Must try.

Picked up a pad see ew and it tasted like pure sugar. I think they might have forgotten the salt and added double sugar. Had to throw it away because I don’t want diabetes.

Our food was a bit slimy and overcooked at the same time. The egg in the pork stew was like a rubber ball.. My husband and I felt sick right away.. We were so hungry and excited. Our night was awful after that experience.. Our first and last time . . We ordered from door dash..

Nice cozy atmosphere for an evening date. Service is superb. We shared the tropical curry with cod. It had lychee, grapes, and pineapple in it. Wow..what a great combination of sweet and spicy

Was and we ordered the soup which is very, very salty. I don’t think I’ll go back in.

Business travel this week and this has been the best place so far in the area. Everything was great. Beef fried rice, curry, nibbler app, mushroom app. Service was very helpful.

I just dined at Isarn, and while the food was excellent, the service left much to be desired. The dishes we ordered were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the authentic flavors of Thai cuisine that we were eager to enjoy.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. We waited approximately 15 minutes before being acknowledged at our table which was fine but when our server finally arrived to take our order, they made a comment about one drink being happy hour pricing while the other, ordered just literally 2 seconds later (as part of the same sentence!), was not. While we were fine paying full price for both drinks (they were well made), the comment felt unnecessary and left a poor impression. Additionally, our food came out at completely different times, with a 30-minute gap between dishes, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal together.

Great food cannot make up for inattentive service and poorly managed timing, and this experience left us disappointed overall.

Also Alan, if you are upset about having to work the shift because you’d rather be bartending, I suggest you get a job at a bar.
