The girl working on 5/26/2025 around 1:30pm deserves a raise!!! It was so busy in there and she was the only one working on all the orders that just kept lining up. She kept her cool in what I imagine was a stressful situation and she was very professional and working as quickly as possible. I didnāt catch her name but she definitely deserves a raise and some recognition for how awesome of a worker she is

This isnāt a review just wanted to let yall know one of your employees is currently camping outside of the mall food courts door waiting for Pokemon cards in the morning and allowing his buddies to enter your establishment after hours to use your restrooms. Idk if theyāre stealing snacks or not, thought yall should know or do something about it.

I came for a fresh juice. It shows they close at 8 pm and when I arrived at 7:25pm. They said the fresh juice machine is down already as they have cleaned itā¦. So basically, no fresh juice option after 7:25pm. Please indicate that on your listing.

I asked the girl behind the counter (Beatrice) about the Go-getter smoothie since it was available online and on the kiosk inside. She said she didnāt have it and looked for the recipe on the wall. I asked her why it was on the kiosk and online if they didnāt have it and she just shook her head at me and provided no answer. I just ended up ordering apple n greens. She did not have her hair up which was concerningā¦I donāt want hair blended into my drink. Thankfully someone else made my smoothie.

The only reason Iām giving this a negative review is because Iām so sick and tired of going into a business and having nearly 0 customer service and then getting a way overpriced drink almost $12 for a smoothie and horrible customer service. I will never come in again I think these companies are gonna have their doors shut and close down within the next year to two with the economy crashing and theyāll never wonder why why donāt people people come pay for our overpriced food why our minimum wage so high why is our customer service so crappy theyāll not ask ourselves that question

Absolutely do not come here if you dont have an extra 20+ minutes to spare. I was one of three people in the store and my bowl took over 15 minutes to make. I saw the woman cutting the fruit for the bowl and she could not have been moving any slower. Im not sure if she has some kind of disability or something. Usually I am beyond patient with service workers (I, myself am one as well so I GET IT) but this was INSANE? I wasnt rude to her at all, did not even speak one word because we ordered at the kiosk so its not like I deserved it because I was being rude. My bowl was literally five ingredients that she had to scoop into the bowl too bruhā¦ coco whip, nutella, pb, banana, and belgian waffleā¦ no way does something like that take THAT LONG TO MAKE. Im still mad as hell she literally made me late to work. I hope she wasnt on drugs or have dementia or something

The matcha-flavored smoothie has a bean that doesnāt taste like matcha at all, and the original watermelon has other fruits added to it, so how can it be called original watermelon? taste not good
