Fast dinner service. Good foods. Traditional bone soups. The stone bowl will keep the soup burning for for 15 minutes. Be careful with eating too much kim chi ahead of the soup. It will burn your tongue, in a good way.
The service here was excellent and the staff were very attentive. As for the food, it’s clearly high quality, but it has a very distinct style. Unlike the 'Westernized' Korean dishes or the specific style of soup I’m accustomed to, this felt much more like authentic home-style cooking. The fact that the restaurant is consistently packed with Korean patrons suggests they are doing something very right. While the flavor profile wasn't quite what I personally prefer,...
