The cashier, Ketrin, was really helpful and friendly. She gave us some recommendations, and we really liked their bingsoo, rice pocket, and injeolmi latte. She also suggested that I try the cream coffee next time. We will definitely come back to this café to try more of her recommendations.

I appreciate this little place, wonderful drinks, (my Breve was perfection & in a real cup/saucer) the atmosphere is very comfortable, (I could sit, sip, & use my tablet, chat with friends /family) I don't care if at times, service has been a bit slow.. It's worth the wait for me

I am writing to express my wonderful experience at your cafe. I came with my parents to order a couple of coffees at 09/23 round 2 pm.
I wanted to commend the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere of your cafe. The music was at a perfect volume and had a calming effect. In particular, I wanted to highlight an act of kindness from one of your employees. ‼️ When I stepped away to use the restroom, my dad was having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. One of your cashiers, a lovely young woman with light blue eyes, noticed his confusion and went out of her way to assist him. Her friendly and helpful demeanor, even during a busy period, was truly appreciated. I asked her name didn’t quit hear it but hopefully heard it right, Nariya.
I absolutely love your cafe and will recommend it to all my friends. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
Great service and atmosphere. The food is always good as well. The matcha on the other hand is not good. It was too milky and unfortunately chunky. For $9 I’d expect better quality matcha. Wish I got something else.
Overall definitely recommend this place but steer clear of the matcha.

This is not a place for coffee lovers - I ordered 12oz Americano + 2pc Taiyaki at 1:11pm on 6/28 ( Transaction#037732) with cashier Nadia. The coffee had creamer and sugar already in it although I didn’t ask for. Since I didn’t care for extra sugar in my coffee with the sweets, I asked to replace it only with Half& half.. She said they were not able to make black coffee or one without sugar but she would make one with less sugar and creamer. I watched her remaking my coffee. She add coffee granular and some powder (creamer) in a cup and poured hot water. Her attitude was not acceptable. All the time she was not nice rather reluctant with no apology and I regretted about my 2nd visit. There are so many coffee shops for better coffee and better customer service in that area. My friend and I will never come back.

This was a horrible experience! My friend and I ordered two avocado toasts — they were so oversalted that it was simply impossible to eat. It felt like we were eating pure salt! Total disaster, I’ve never seen anything like this. The 8 oz latte was extremely bitter, I had to put it aside after just a few sips. And on top of that — the place was very dirty, under our table something was spilled and the whole floor was sticky. Absolutely unacceptable, pure unsanitary conditions! I’m shocked by this level of service. Huge disappointment. I give it 0 out of 10 and definitely do NOT recommend this place!”

I wasn’t too impressed with the drink selections but they do offer an abundance of drinks and styles of them. Cashier looked like he didn’t want to be there and since you’re the first point of interaction with customers that wouldn’t be a good thing. The establishment is nice and a cool place to chill. I would go here again but seldomly.
